Brown & Brown Builders recently completed a siding and gutter replacement project for us and we had a great experience from start to finish. They worked around our schedules for the initial consultations, provided clear recommendations, and walked us through the different options without any pressure.

They were flexible and helpful throughout the color selection process, stayed aligned with the expected project timelines, and communication was strong the entire way through. The on-site crew was excellent: professional, communicative, and proactive whenever they encountered anything that required discussion or input.

Billing and warranty communication were also straightforward and met expectations. Pricing was competitive with the two other quotes we received, and overall we were very happy with the outcome. We’ve received various comments from others in the neighborhood how much they love the look of the house!

Two thumbs up! We would absolutely use Brown & Brown Builders again and would recommend them to others.

Andrew Brown and his team did a phenomenal job of our Master Bathroom, Closet and Bedroom remodel. From planning to finish everyone they used was punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job. Midway through we had another plumbing issue which they also helped us out with in record time. I would have no hesitation in using them again for any building project, or recommending them to others.

We have used Andrew and Alan for a number of projects, and have been pleased with all of them. All the workers have been great, professional, hard working, and never missed a day. Would highly recommend them, and look forward to our next renovation!

I’ve worked with this builder on multiple projects over the past few years, and the experience has consistently been excellent. From the initial planning stages through to completion, they demonstrate a high level of professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail.

What stands out most is their reliability and commitment to quality. Every project was completed on time (or very close to schedule), and any unexpected issues were handled quickly and transparently. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the craftsmanship and the finished results.

They’re also very easy to work with—responsive, respectful of budget considerations, and willing to offer practical suggestions that improve the final outcome without unnecessary upselling. Whether it was a smaller renovation or a larger build, the level of care and consistency remained the same.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled builder. I’ll definitely continue working with them on future projects.

I would highly recommend Brown and Brown Builders. Alan and Andrew took us through the land acquisition, design and building process and we ended up with a house we love. Their follow up after we moved in to handle small issues was excellent. If you are building, adding on or renovating, you won’t be disappointed.
